Club Service
Club Service focuses on strengthening fellowship and ensuring the effective functioning of the club.
The fourth element of an effective club is the development of leaders capable of serving in Rotary beyond the club level. Rotary leadership changes every year, so we always need a new pool of leaders to take the reins and continue the Object of Rotary. As individuals become better trained and learn more about Rotary, they generally want to become more and more involved. This is not only good for the club; it is absolutely essential to our organization. Developing leaders at all levels of Rotary is paramount.
Effective clubs start and end with training. Training provides the base to make each element of an effective club a reality.
